Jim MacDougall, MD

I am the chief of Surgical Subspecialties at Exempla Good Samaritan, and my focus is on taking care of the whole patient, including the social and mental aspect, along with the physical aspect. I believe we should address prevention of injuries and offer access to the tools where patients can learn prevention.

My wife is from Colorado, and I earned my undergraduate degree and played hockey (goalie) at The Colorado College, so we returned here to enjoy its beauty. I also enjoy music, playing drums in a band comprised of other Kaiser providers and employees.
